Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev Meets Field Marshal Asim Munir at GHQ Rawalpindi
Russian Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev met Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), at General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi. The two sides discussed regional security and ways to strengthen security cooperation between Pakistan and Russia.

Field Marshal Munir reaffirmed Pakistan's resolve to deepen its longstanding relations with Russia. He said Pakistan wants to expand practical cooperation in areas of shared interest, particularly in the security domain.
